Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Avril Lavigne, and Dashboard Confessional were part of my go-to high school playlist. Never did I think all of these artists, along with about 20 others of my favorites, would be performing together for a music festival!
When We Were Young is happening on October 22nd, 2022 at the Las Vegas festival grounds. Check out more info here!
Looking at the band lineup, I am reminded of Warped Tour and how much fun those shows were. But can we take a second and talk about the crazy cost? $225 for a base general admission ticket?? The festival is only 12hours! I'm still not sure how they are going to fit 20+ bands on only three stages during that time allotment.
While I've never been more hyped for a music festival, and I will be seriously considering buying tickets and booking a flight, I can't help but notice the red flags.
A high ticket price, for one day, with too good to be true artists and a policy of NO REFUNDS. With the current pandemic climate, you would think with such a high ticket price refunds would be allowed. It is giving major Fyre Festival vibes.
