You can forget the silly string pranks on Halloween night. Well, at least in Beverly Hills. They just announced that possession of Silly String, “hair removal products” and shaving cream on Halloween will be prohibited for those under 21 years old.
According to KTLA, the city's reasoning is to create a “safe family friendly environment.” In other words they don't want you silly stringing people's homes, and spraying shaving cream in the elderly's faces.
The ban will go into effect at 6am on October 31 and last 24 hours.
