Furry Friends: Fig and Newton Are Bros Looking for a Home!

Meet Fig (Tabby) and Newton (Tux)! These boys are adorable. They are bonded brothers and need to be adopted together! Fig and Newton have been around other cats, calm dogs, and kids and done well with all. We will strictly be considering indoor-only homes for them. Newton is a little more special than just any kitty but he gets around great! Our vet believes he may be slightly vision impaired and he has some neuro/balance issues. He came to us like this so we are not sure what caused it. However, he is fully mobile and uses the litterbox just fine too. **Come meet us at Crooked Tail Cat Cafe in Winston Salem!**

Fig and Newton's foster mom wrote some info for them too :)

Fig is a little ball of energy. He can play for hours on end, especially with crinkle balls or in a tunnel. He's independent and mainly well-behaved, but be warned he does like to chew on paper and plastic products. It is best if he is fed at the same time as other animals, as he is very food-driven and will try to steal their food, even dog food. He definitely needs another cat as a playmate. As for dogs, he is not fond of them but could possibly tolerate them if the dog is calm-natured.

Newton is a special kitten. He wobbles and is clumsy. He cannot jump well either. He doesn't let that stop him though and does his best to keep up with his brother! However, he can have episodes where he gets overwhelmed and his legs can start to give out. After some rest and calming down, he is fine. He is very food driven, and will try to steal your food along with other pets'. He also loves paper and plastic products and will chew on them if they're in reach. It is recommended he has another cat to play with and just to be with in general. As for dogs, he is not fond of them but could possibly tolerate them if the dog is calm-natured
