To protest the rise of book bans across the country, Margaret Atwood will be auctioning an "unburnable" copy of Handmaid's Tale. Penguin Random House announced the news with a video featuring the author. In the clip, she takes a flamethrower to a book with fire-resistant paper with a flame retardant cover. They released a statement too that said, "Across the United States and around the world, books are being challenged, banned and even burned. So we created a special edition of a book that's been challenged and banned for decades." The book is currently being auctioned by Sotheby’s in New York. What is your favorite book, and why?
