For Harry Styles, making the transition to his role in “Don’t Worry Darling,” was a major undertaking. The star had to sit for three hours to cover up his tattoos. In order to do the sexy love scenes with Florence Pugh, Styles had to cover up 60 tattoos. First, make-up artists color-corrected each design by sponging red pigment over the black. Then they were covered in green pigment, followed by powder to seal. They were then painted green and sealed with powder. Jason Collins is credited with special make-up effects; he also supervised Lily James' transformation into Pamela Anderson in Pam & Tommy.
