Harry Styles says going to therapy made him feel more alive. Harry says in the past he didn’t open up to his therapist and at one point felt that therapy meant he “was broken.” “I wanted to be the one who could say I didn’t need it,” Styles said in a recent interview with Better Homes and Gardens. “I think that accepting living, being happy, hurting in the extremes, that is the most alive you can be,” Styles says, adding, “Losing it crying, losing it laughing—there’s no way, I don’t think, to feel more alive than that.” Part of his therapy is trying to discover why he feels the need to be “likable.” How has therapy changed your life?
